Intrduction
Trommel screen as one kind of the earliest screening equipment still play an important role now ,The trommel screen also be called as other name in different country, for example, sometimes will also named it as roller sieve,drum screen,trommel Separator and so on.
Working Principle
Mining gold trommel screen, is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet.
The roller device is installed on the machine frame.
The motor is connected with the roller device through a coupling through a speed reducer, and the driving roller device rotates around the axis.
When the material enters the cylinder device, due to tilting and rotating drum device, so that the screen material turnover and rolling, the qualified materials (sieve products) by a cylindrical screen discharge, the unqualified materials (sieve products) by the end of the discharge.
Because the material inside the drum turning, rolling, so that the material stuck in the sieve can be ejected, prevent clogging.
